The husband of Los Angeles District Attorney Jackie Lacey has been charged with pointing a gun at Black Lives Matter members who demonstrated outside the couple’s home.
The state attorney general filed three misdemeanor charges Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court against David Lacey for assault with a firearm for the March 2 incident.

The husband of Los Angeles County Dist. Atty. Jackie Lacey pulled a gun on protesters outside the home of the county’s top prosecutor early Monday morning, further heightening a tense primary over the district attorney’s job.
Video from the scene shows a man standing in Lacey’s doorway in Granada Hills pointing a gun and shouting, “I will shoot you. Get off of my porch.”
Seems like his inner Walt Kowalski (Gran Torino) came out.
Well, perhaps it’s time for hubs to have his guns taken, eh? As an anti-gun District Attorney, Jackie helped spearhead this little jewel:
While I have no love for Black Lives Matter (Soros funded and has done plenty of stuff with March For Our Lives), brandishing a firearm is considered a threat of violence, right? Will she hold her husband accountable?
And that's a message Lacey, 62, touts on the 2020 campaign trail as she seeks a third term in the March 3 primary: she's the only one who can manage this sprawling county.
"As DA, your true north is justice," she said. "You have got to be someone who cares about victims and protecting your community ... When people commit crimes, there has to be some accountability."
Time for a taste of their own medicine perhaps. I mean, didn’t her husband almost commit “gun violence“? Hubby’s finger is even on the trigger! I hope that’s a CA compliant Glock btw....
