Geez, the ATF has just handed us our own Valentine's Day present.
When your state gets around to holding hearings on a red flag law, flash this tweet up on the powerpoint screen.
Then tell the committee: "This is what you guys are considering passing today. It's just one more data point proving that any time you give government a power that COULD be abused, it WILL be abused. Are you all comfortable with that? Are you all positive there's absolutely no one in your life that you've pissed off enough to use this to swat you? This turns [our state] into a community of informants. Is this the direction you really want to go?"
