Denver lockdown protestor arrested for legally carrying

Just reporting on this so we can get more info on what happened. If it is in fact how it’s stated, pretty scary. Probable cause (wind blowing a shirt up or something and seeing a weapon) allows them officers to question, not arrest just because. If the man was not going after LE or causing other trouble, a simple questioning and clarification/show the permit would have been the end of it. If it’s in fact how it’s stated here, this is abuse of power. Time will tell once more info is released.

Wonder if there was a long sleeved shirt, as his t-shirt is tucked in.
