Well said, sir. It’s the tool meant for political opposition and holophobes. Also a great tool to seek revenge. They’re also used a punishment, such as in a case where police seized firearms from parents AFTER their kids brought a few bullets to school even though it was determined that there was no credible threat to anyone. Matter of fact, the hypothetical situation below involving a car is what happened during a red flag seizure in Maryland, only the person being red flagged was killed by the police serving out the red flag order.
