We all knew it was coming:
For the first time in decades, the director of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention -- the nation's top public health agency -- is speaking out forcefully about gun violence in America, calling it a "serious public health threat."
"Something has to be done about this," CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said in an exclusive interview with CNN. "Now is the time -- it's pedal to the metal time."
Be aware of what the CDC did during COVID. By saying guns are a serious ”public health threat”, they can justify whatever the hell they want in order to “fight it”. Also be aware that Democrat governors will do whatever the CDC says regarding it. My guess in what the CDC is going to recommended? Safe storage laws, magazine capacity limits, a federal “gun license”, and more than likely a ban on “assault weapons”. You know, the usual gun grabbing crap.
