IL Dept of Public Health targeted one of our allies’ children

Recently, it was happening in Michigan:

Now we are informed in IL, it happened to the son of one of our very close allies in the fight for civil rights:

They’re making children quarantine regardless of if they’re sick or symptomatic (this child is not btw). Is this stuff adding to COVID positive numbers regardless of actually being positive? Either way, this crap has to end. The Department of Public Health in many areas are drunk with power.
