K. Gardner using her charges against the McCloskeys, who she just charged, for her re-election

Updated: Dec 11, 2020

UPDATE 12/11/20: Gardner removed from case because of fundraising emails below!

O’FALLON, Mo. — A judge on Thursday disqualified the St. Louis prosecutor and her office from the case involving Mark McCloskey, who along with his wife pointed guns at racial injustice protesters marching on the private street near their home in June.
Circuit Judge Thomas Clark II dismissed Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, citing two campaign fundraising emails around the time she filed felony gun charges against the couple in July.

I guess we were right to call her dumb lol.

You can’t get any dumber or vile than Kim Gardner apparently:

Remember, they have only been charged and NOT CONVICTED of any wrong doing. She’s fundraising over the fact she charged them on a political bias! With this campaign stunt, add it into our previous articles on her regarding how she chooses to prosecute gun crimes:

As well as her office‘s MULTIPLE example prosecutorial misconduct with this whole situation:

And now this!

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) - A News 4 investigation has found that St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner has been flying all around the country and the globe with organizations who want to reform the criminal justice system.
However, it appears she has violated the law, by not reporting the trips.
Sources tell News 4 Gardner is a frequent flyer. At times during her tenure as prosecutor, sources say, she has often been gone from her office a couple of times every month, jetting around on someone else's dime. Social media snaps show Gardner posing for pictures in Portugal, listening to conversations in New Haven, Connecticut, smiling with other prosecutors in Houston and linking arms in Selma, Alabama.
They are trips she apparently took in 2018 and 2019, but did not disclose on travel reports, as required by law.
Sources tell News 4 that some of the trips were paid for in full, or in part, by an organization called Fair and Just Prosecution, a group that professes to support progressive prosecutors. The organization has repeatedly applauded many of Gardner’s actions, including the charges against Mark and Patricia McCloskey for brandishing guns in the Central West End last month.

Time for some serious penalties to be thrown at Gardner.
