NY bill to confine people/groups against their will if they “carry a communicable disease”

The Democrat tyrants of New York are at it again. This time, they want the power to force people into facilities if they’re carriers/came in contact with someone who is a carrier of a disease or came in contact with a harmful chemical. Bill is sponsored by Democrat Nick Perry. Have a look. In short, the state can pull someone (or groups) out of their homes and force them into a health facility.
