Shannon Watts: “teaching firearm safety is indoctrination”

Updated: Nov 10, 2021

You can’t make this up. Shannon Watts, the founder of Moms Demand Action, thinks teaching kids firearm safety is bad and the only thing that works is teaching adults to lock up their guns. This psycho‘s activism is going to get people killed if people listen to her. She doesn‘t care about gun safety, only gun control

Oh, and notice it’s black kids in the pic with toy guns learning firearm safety? Yeah, Shannon doesn’t like minorities getting armed and learning gun safety.

BTW, this is what indoctrination looks like (Everytown/Moms Demand activists and Democratic Party leaders using public schools for recruitment into the gun control lobbying world).

And Shannon, you are 100% wrong. Safety training prevents injuries AND when taught young, stays with people.

Regarding the education of children about firearms, a parent's earliest guidelines may allow the child to touch a gun, but only with permission and only if a parent is present. Should a child come across a gun without a parent present, the child should be taught to not touch it, leave the area, and tell an adult. Virtually any accident involving a gun can be prevented if a person accepts and practices the responsibility of learning safe gun-handling rules and understands how guns operate.
