The Chicago Teachers Union, Folks.......

I don’t even know what to say, other than most teacher unions need to be disbanded, as they are, in most cases, nothing more than an astroturf political arm of the far left, with one such example relating to gun control (republished by the International Sportsman, located here) that a Mom-At-Arms researcher (before they were writing for Mom-At-Arms) helped expose with some FOIA work and research in regards to a highly publicized school shooting. Anyways, the commie teachers union in Chicago:

The Chicago Teachers Union, which represents more than 28,000 educators in the nation's third largest city, tweeted on Sunday: "The push to reopen schools is rooted in sexism, racism and misogyny."

That was the entire tweet; the union provided no additional comment or clarifying statement. There was no acknowledgment that many people who argue schools should reopen are doing so in good faith. A spokesperson for the union did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
